Soussey-sur-Brionne is a French municipality with 153 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Côte-d'Or in the region Bourgogne Franche-Comté . It belongs to the canton of Semur-en-Auxois and the arrondissement of Montbard .
It is crossed by the Brionne river, a tributary of the Armançon . Neighboring municipalities are Beurizot in the north, Boussey in the northeast, Uncey-le-Franc and Grosbois-en-Montagne in the east, Martrois in the south, Éguilly in the southwest and Gissey-le-Vieil in the west.
