Baigneux-les-Juifs is a French municipality with 242 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Côte-d'Or department in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté (before 2016 Bourgogne ); it belongs to the arrondissement of Montbard and the canton of Châtillon-sur-Seine (until 2015 Baigneux-les-Juifs ). The inhabitants are called Bagnosia .

Baigneux-les-Juifs is about 42 kilometers northwest of Dijon . The Seine delimits the community in the east. Baigneux-les-Juifs is surrounded by the neighboring communities Ampilly-les-Bordes and Quemigny-sur-Seine in the north, Duesme in the northeast, Orret in the east, Poiseul-la-Ville-et-Laperrière in the south, La Villeneuve-les-Convers in the south-west, Étormay in the west and Jours-lès-Baigneux in the north-west.
