Le Val-Larrey is a French municipality with 264 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Côte-d'Or in the region Bourgogne Franche-Comté . It belongs to the canton of Semur-en-Auxois and the arrondissement of Montbard .

It was created with effect from January 1, 2019 as Commune nouvelle by amalgamating the former municipalities of Flée and Bierre-lès-Semur , which have the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality . The administrative seat is in Flée .
