Leuglay

Leuglay is a French municipality with 306 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Côte-d'Or in the region Bourgogne Franche-Comté . It belongs to the arrondissement of Montbard and the canton of Châtillon-sur-Seine .

Geography, infrastructure

The Ource flows through the center of the village. Neighboring municipalities of Leuglay are La Chaume in the north, Lucey in the northeast, Faverolles-lès-Lucey in the east, Recey-sur-Ource in the southeast, Essarois in the south and Voulaines-les-Templiers in the west. The Leuglay-Voulaines station, 268 meters above sea level, is no longer in operation and the section of the Saint-Julien-Gray railway line is closed. The former Route nationale 396 (today's D 928) affects Leuglay.
