Morley is a French commune with 205 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meuse department in the Grand Est region (until 2016: Lorraine ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Bar-le-Duc and the canton of Ligny-en-Barrois (until 2015: canton of Montiers-sur-Saulx ).

Morley is located on the Saulx in the south of the Meuse department, about 22 kilometers south-southeast of Bar-le-Duc and about 70 kilometers west-southwest of Nancy . Morley is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Dammarie-sur-Saulx in the north, Hévillers in the north-east, Couvertpuis in the east, Montiers-sur-Saulx in the south, Chevillon in the south-west, Brauvilliers in the west and Juvigny-en-Perthois in the north-west.
