Reformed Church Menziken
The Reformed Church Menziken is the Reformed village church of the Aargau community of Menziken in Switzerland . It is 36 meters long and 15 meters wide. The church tower with six bells is 45 meters high.
history
The Menziken parish was founded in 1888 when it separated from Reinach . The church, built in neo-Gothic style, was consecrated in 1890. The first interior renovation took place in 1926/1927. In the years 1934/1935 the neo-Gothic exterior decorations were removed. Between 1974 and 1976 the church was completely renovated inside and out for the last time.
Furnishing
Both the pulpit and the church windows are, like the building itself, influenced by the neo-Gothic style. The organ comes from Orgelbau Goll in Lucerne .
