Reformed Church Mönthal
The Reformed Church of Mönthal is one of the two historic churches of the Evangelical Reformed parish of Bözberg-Mönthal and is located in the village of Mönthal in the Swiss canton of Aargau .
history
The Mönthal church was first mentioned in a document in 1273 and was originally consecrated to St. George . Presumably a church already existed there in the 11th century. Around 1480 the church was supplemented by a choir . The choir windows of the church, which date from 1590, were donated by the Brugger councilors, of whose parish Mönthal was a branch until 1860.
Bells
The bell cage of the church tower is equipped with the following three bells:

- f "125 kg, 590 mm diameter
- a "75 kg, 500 mm diameter
