Rein church

The Rein church is one of the Reformed churches of the Evangelical Reformed parish of Rein and is located in the Rein district of the Aargau community of Rüfenach .

history

A church was probably built at the current location in the middle of the 8th century. The current church was built in 1864 after the previous building had been demolished the year before due to dilapidation. The church was built in the style of historicism according to plans by the Zurich state architect Johann Caspar Wolff .
