The Scottish Football League Division Two was played for the 21st time in 1913/14 . After the introduction of Division One , it was also the twenty-first event as the second-highest division of men's football in the Scottish Football League under the name Division Two .

In the 1913/14 season, 12 clubs competed against each other in a total of 22 matchdays. Each team played once at home and away against every other team. The 2-point rule applied . In the event of a tie, the clubs with the same number of points were placed equally. Cowdenbeath FC won the championship . There was no newcomer this season.
