The Scottish Football League Division Two was played for the second time in 1894/95 . After the introduction of Division One , it was the second event as the second highest division of men's football in the Scottish Football League under the name Division Two .

In the 1894/95 season, 10 clubs competed against each other in a total of 18 matchdays. Each team played once at home and away against every other team. The 2-point rule applied . In the event of a tie, the clubs (with the same number of points) were placed tied. The championship won Hibernian Edinburgh , which also celebrated promotion to the following Division One season 1895/96 . The teams of Dundee Wanderers and FC Cowlairs withdrew at the end of the season.
