Zimbabwean national cricket team in India for the 2000/01 season
The Zimbabwean national cricket team's tour to India in the 2000/01 season took place from November 8th to December 14th, 2000. The international cricket tour was part of the 2000/01 international cricket season and included two test matches and five ODIs . India won the test series 1-0 and the ODI series 4-1.
prehistory
India previously played a tour in Bangladesh and Zimbabwe a three-nation tournament in the United Arab Emirates . The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in the 1998 season in Zimbabwe .
