Squash World Championship 2010

The 32 Squash World Cup ( English PSA World Championship ) of the men took from 2 to 10 December, 2010. al-Khobar in Saudi Arabia instead. It was the most valuable tournament on the PSA World Tour 2010/11 .

The defending champion was Amr Shabana , who reached the semi-finals that year. He lost in the semifinals to Nick Matthew in four sets. The Englishman Matthew then defeated his compatriot James Willstrop in the final with 8:11, 11: 6, 11: 2 and 11: 3. It was Matthew's first world title and also the first title for an Englishman.

The men's field of participation consisted of 64 players, eight of them for qualifiers. Per Wildcard received Mohammed Taher Al-Saif a spot in the main draw.

Prize money and world ranking points

At the Squash World Championship 2010 the following prize money and world ranking points were paid out or credited for reaching the respective round. Players who entered the main field from qualification received the specified qualification points in addition to those for reaching the respective round. Otherwise the amounts are not to be understood as cumulative. The total prize pool was $ 327,500.
