The Autostrada Sistiana-Rabuiese is an Italian motorway in the middle of the country that connects Trieste with Koper and the Slovenian motorway network. It is 8 km long and toll-free in its entire length . It is divided into two small parts and as such has no number of its own. The first part comprises the transition from the RA13 to the SS202, the approx. 3 km long Carso tunnel and is designated as NSA 344 . The second part comprises the section between the SS202 via Muggia to the border crossing at Rabuiese (Slovenia). This connects Trieste with the Slovenian port city of Koper and has the unofficial number NSA 326 . The motorway is operated by the Italian ANAS.

The route is part of the European route 751 .
