Remarks
- ↑ a b c d e This series includes four values from 1958 and one value from 1959 .
- ↑ As was customary at the time, the sentence of the Berlin Buildings was printed on normal paper with watermarks . However, the 1-Pfennig postage stamp was printed for a very long time and from 1962 it was also printed on fluorescent paper without watermarks. It was also sold in West Germany from July 20, 1960 and was valid for a particularly long time. It was recommended to stick this stamp on the mail in addition to the normal postage as an external sign of attachment to Berlin.
- ↑ a b c d e Although the stamps with a face value of 1, 5, 30, 40 and 60 Pfennig were not issued until 1957, they belong to the set issued in 1956 philatelically and thus to the stamps of 1956.
