The postage stamp year 1969 of the Deutsche Bundespost Berlin comprised 23 special stamps and a stamp block with four other special stamps, a definitive stamp was issued. From that year, 1969, all postage stamps were valid until December 31, 1991 .

The nominal value of the stamps was DM 17.05  ; In addition, DM 1.15 was added as a surcharge for charitable purposes and DM 1.30 for the definitive stamp.

Remarks

  1. Postage stamps with the same motif without the inscription "Berlin" were also issued in 1968 by the Deutsche Bundespost with the MiNr. 578 to 581 issued.
  2. Similar postage stamps with other tin figures, without the inscription "Berlin", were also issued in 1969 by the Deutsche Bundespost with the MiNr. 604 to 607 issued.
  3. A similar Christmas postage stamp with a different tin figure, without the inscription "Berlin", was also issued in 1969 by the Deutsche Bundespost with the MiNr. 610 issued.
  4. The same stamp, without the inscription "Berlin", was also used in 1969 by the Deutsche Bundespost with the MiNr. 502 spent.
