Postage stamps from 1971 of the Deutsche Bundespost Berlin
The 1971 stamp year of the Deutsche Bundespost Berlin comprised 21 individual special stamps , a stamp block with four special stamps and 13 definitive stamps . The postage stamps of this year were valid until December 31, 1991 .
The nominal value of the brands was DM 15.95 ; an additional DM 1.20 was paid for charitable purposes .
All definitive stamps in the new “ Accident Prevention ” series and the “ Federal President Gustav Heinemann ” series (except the 8 Pfennig value, which was used as postage for postage for a postcard within Berlin) were also issued on the same day with the inscription Deutsche Bundespost .
In this year the small series "Berlin Transport" began with the first issues " Rail Vehicles ", 1973 followed " Omnibuses " and 1975 the last part " Passenger Shipping "
