Postage stamps issued in 1980 by the Deutsche Bundespost Berlin

The postage stamp year 1980 of the Deutsche Bundespost Berlin comprised 21 special stamps and two definitive stamps . All issues of this year were valid for postage until December 31, 1991 .

The nominal value of the stamps was DM 12.70 ; an additional DM 3.60 was paid for charitable purposes .

The two supplementary values of the definitive stamp series “ Burgen und Schlösser ” appeared at the same time with the inscription Deutsche Bundespost . The third part of the small series of “ Berlin Views ” was issued; this ended in 1982.
