Postage stamps issued in 1982 by the Deutsche Bundespost Berlin

The postage stamp year 1982 of the Deutsche Bundespost Berlin comprised 20  special stamps and ten definitive stamps . All issues of this year were valid for postage until December 31, 1991 .

The nominal value of the brands was DM 31.15  ; an additional 3.65 DM was added as a surcharge for charitable purposes .

Five supplementary values ​​were issued in each of the definitive series “ Industry and Technology ” and “ Castles and Palaces ”; these appeared at the same time with the inscription Deutsche Bundespost . The definitive series Industry and Technology ended this year; For the first time, motifs by other graphic artists were used based on the designs by Knoblauch and Beer. For the first and only time a stamp was published in Berlin in embossing ; the raised motif shows a harp. Two motifs were unusual in size for Berlin standards.
