The constituency of Euskirchen - Rhein-Erft-Kreis II (constituency 92) is a federal constituency in North Rhine-Westphalia . It includes the entire district of Euskirchen and the southern part of the Rhein-Erft district with the three communities Brühl , Erftstadt and Wesseling . The constituency has existed in this form since the 1980 Bundestag election and was named 93 Euskirchen - Erftkreis II until the 2009 Bundestag election . The predecessor constituencies also always included the Euskirchen district and various communities in what is now the Rhein-Erft district. So far, the constituency has been won by the CDU candidate in all federal elections .
