Cellettes is a French commune in the department of Loir-et-Cher in the region Center-Val de Loire . The population is 2633 people (as of January 1, 2017). Cellettes belongs to the Arrondissement of Blois and the Canton of Vineuil (until 2015: Canton Blois-2 ). The inhabitants are called Chaillois .
geography
Cellettes is located between Orléans and Tours on the Beuvron , a tributary of the Loire , in the Cour-Cheverny wine-growing region . Cellettes is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Gervais-la-Forêt in the north, Mont-près-Chambord in the east and northeast, Cour-Cheverny in the east and southeast, Cheverny in the southeast, Cormeray and Chitenay in the south, Seur in the west and southwest as well Chailles to the west.
