Chiddes is about 58 kilometers east-southeast of Nevers in the Morvan . Chiddes is surrounded by the neighboring communities Villapourçon in the north and northwest, Larochemillay in the north and east, Millay in the south and southeast, Avrée in the southwest and Sémelay in the west.
