The Copa del Rey 1908 was the sixth edition of the Spanish soccer cup competition .
Only two teams took part in the tournament, Madrid FC and Vigo FC . The Catalan champions X Sporting Club could not accept the invitation to the tournament due to economic problems. Athletic Bilbao , which was also invited , declined to participate in order to protest against the organization and behavior of the Madrid population in the previous edition .
The only game of the tournament took place on April 12th at Madrid's Estadio de O'Donnell . Madrid FC won 2-1, their fourth title in a row.

Madrid FC defended their title again by beating Vigo FC 2-1 in the only game of the tournament and were now the Spanish cup winners for the fourth time in a row.
