The 2013/14 Copa del Rey was the 110th edition of the Spanish Football Cup.

The competition started on August 28, 2013 and ended with the final on April 16, 2014 in the Estadio Mestalla in Valencia . The defending champion of the cup competition was Atlético Madrid . Real Madrid won the title by beating FC Barcelona 2-1 in the final . Since both finalists in the league qualified for the Champions League , the starting place intended for the cup winners for the 2014/15 Europa League was forfeited .

The tournament will be played in a knockout system . In the first three rounds, the game is played in only one game - in the event of a tie, a decision is sought with overtime or, if necessary, penalty shoot-outs. Some teams are exempt from certain rounds:

  • In the round of 32, the teams of the Primera División are added.
