The 1919 Copa del Rey was the 17th edition of the Spanish Football Cup.
The competition started on April 13th and ended with the final on May 18th, 1919 in the Estadio del Paseo Martínez Campos in Madrid . The defending champion of the cup competition was Real Unión . Arenas Club won the title with a 5-2 win after extra time in the final against FC Barcelona .

If the teams meeting in the quarter-finals or semi-finals were able to win one of the games, the goal difference was not used to determine the winner, but a play-off game was played.
