The 1918 Copa del Rey was the 16th edition of the Spanish Football Cup.

The competition started on April 8th and ended with the final on May 12th, 1918 in the Estadio de O'Donnell in Madrid . The defending champion of the cup competition was Madrid FC . Real Unión won the title by beating Madrid FC 2-0 in the final .
