The 1995/96 Copa del Rey was the 92nd edition of the Spanish Football Cup.

The competition started on September 6, 1995 and ended with the final on April 10, 1996 in the Estadio La Romareda ( Saragossa ). The defending champion of the cup competition was Deportivo La Coruña . Atlético Madrid won the title with a 1-0 win after extra time against FC Barcelona in the final . Since the Madrilenians qualified as champions for the UEFA Champions League in the 1995/96 season , FC Barcelona took part in the 1996/97 European Cup Winners' Cup.
