The 2007/08 Copa del Rey will be the 104th edition of the Spanish Football Cup.

The cup competition started on August 29, 2007 and ended on April 16, 2008 with the final in the Estadio Vicente Calderón ( Madrid ).

The Copa del Rey is played in rounds. In the first three rounds, the game is played in only one game - in the event of a tie, a decision is sought with overtime or, if necessary, penalty shoot-outs. From the round of 32 onwards, the duels will be played back and forth. In the Copa del Rey, the same rules apply as in European club competitions: away goals count more than home goals.
