The 2004/05 Copa del Rey was the 101st edition of the Spanish Football Cup.

The competition started on September 1, 2004 and ended with the final on June 11, 2005 in the Estadio Vicente Calderón ( Madrid ). The defending champion of the cup competition was Real Saragossa . Betis Sevilla won the title with a 2-1 win after extra time against CA Osasuna in the final . As Betis Sevilla secured participation in the UEFA Champions League in the 2004/05 season , the UEFA Cup starting position fell to CA Osasuna.
