The 1999/2000 Copa del Rey was the 96th edition of the Spanish Copa del Rey football cup.
The competition started on September 1, 1999 and ended with the final on May 27, 2000 in the Estadio Mestalla ( Valencia ). Defender of the Cup competition was FC Valencia . Espanyol Barcelona won the title by beating Atlético Madrid 2-1 in the final . Espanyol qualified for the 2000/01 UEFA Cup .
