The 2003/04 Copa del Rey was the 100th edition of the Spanish Football Cup.

The competition started on August 24, 2003 and ended with the final on March 17, 2004 in the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys ( Barcelona ). The defending champion of the cup competition was RCD Mallorca . Real Zaragoza won the title with a 3-2 win after extra time against Real Madrid in the final . This qualified the club for the 2004/05 UEFA Cup .
