Crépon is a French municipality with 212 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Calvados in the region of Normandy ; it belongs to the Arrondissement of Bayeux and the canton of Courseulles-sur-Mer .

In the summer of 1940 the German Air Force operated a field airfield for some time south-east of the town . This is where the II. Group of Jagdgeschwader 27 lay in August .
