Esquay-sur-Seulles is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Vienne-en-Bessin in the north and north-west, Saint-Gabriel-Brécy in the east, Rucqueville in the south-east, Vieux-sur-Selles in the south, and Saint-Martin-des-Entrées in the south-west as well Saint-Vigor-le-Grand to the west and north-west.
