Crouay is a commune in the department of Calvados in the region of Normandy with 529 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017). Crouay belongs to the Arrondissement of Bayeux and the canton of Trévières . The inhabitants are called Crocusiens .

geography

Crouay is about eleven kilometers west of Bayeux . Crouay is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Mosles in the north, Tour-en-Bessin in the east and northeast, Cottun in the east, Campigny in the southeast, Le Tronquay in the south, Le Moulay-Littry in the south and southwest, Le Breuil-en-Bessin in the southwest as well as Blay to the west.
