Noron-la-Poterie is a commune in the department of Calvados in the region Normandy (before 2016 Basse-Normandie ) with 397 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017). Noron-la-Poterie belongs to the Arrondissement of Bayeux and the canton of Trévières ( canton Balleroy until 2015 ). The inhabitants are called noronnais .
geography
Noron-la-Poterie is about eleven kilometers southwest of Bayeux on the Drôme . Noron-la-Poterie is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Agy in the north and north-east, Subles in the north-east, Saint-Paul-du-Vernay in the east and south-east, Castillon in the south and south-west and Le Tronquay in the west.
