geography

Magny-en-Bessin is located about five kilometers south of the coast of the English Channel and about four kilometers north-northeast of Bayeux and about 42 kilometers northwest of Caen . Magny-en-Bessin is surrounded by Longues-sur-Mer in the north and north-west, Manvieux in the north, Ryes in the east, Sommervieu in the south-east and Saint-Vigor-le-Grand in the south and west.
