Bucéels is a French municipality with 397 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Calvados in the region of Normandy . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Bayeux and the canton of Bretteville-l'Orgueilleuse . The inhabitants are known as Bucéelois .

geography

Bucéels is located about 14 kilometers south-southeast of Bayeux and 19 kilometers west-northwest of Caen . The Seulles limits the community to the east. Bucéels is surrounded by Chouain in the north, Audrieu in the east and north-east, Tilly-sur-Seulles in the east and south, Lingèvres in the west and south-west and Juaye-Mondaye in the north-west.
