Goulds is a census-designated place (CDP) in Miami-Dade County in the US state of Florida with 10,103 inhabitants (as of 2010).

Goulds is about 25 km southwest of Miami . The CDP is traversed by Florida State Road 821 ( Homestead Extension of Florida's Turnpike , toll), US Highway 1 and Florida State Road 989 .

Demographic data

According to the 2010 census, the then 10,103 inhabitants were distributed over 2,889 households. The population density was 1312.1 inh / km². 39.1% of the population identified themselves as whites , 55.2% as African American , 0.2% as Indians and 0.6% as Asian Americans . 2.5% said they belonged to another ethnic group and 2.3% to several ethnic groups. 41.0% of the population were Hispanics or Latinos .
