The Hammocks is a census-designated place (CDP) in Miami-Dade County in the US state of Florida with 51,003 inhabitants (as of 2010).

The Hammocks borders Miami Executive Airport to the south and is approximately 20 km southwest of Miami . The CDP is affected by Florida State Roads 94 , 825 and 997 .

Demographic data

According to the 2010 census, the then 51,003 inhabitants were distributed over 17,539 households.
