Bal Harbor is a municipality in Miami-Dade County in the US state of Florida with 2513 inhabitants (as of 2010).

geography

Bal Harbor is located about 10 kilometers northeast of Miami on an island between Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean . The communities of Bay Harbor Islands , Surfside , Bay Harbor Islands and North Miami are directly adjacent to the town .

climate

The climate is mild and warm, with a light wind from the sea. Statistically, it rains an average of 40 percent of the days in the summer months, even if only for a short time. The highest temperatures are in May to October, with up to 31 ° C. The coldest months from December to February with an average of only 12 ° C. Snowfall is almost unknown in the region.
