  • Genoa / Italy : During the G8 economic summit, parts of the police and demonstrators indulged in rampant brutality on the streets of the city. While a police vehicle is being attacked with wooden beams, fire extinguishers and similar objects, a 20-year-old carabinieri shoots 23-year-old Carlo Giuliani .
