The second season of the Live - dance show Let's Dance was broadcast by RTL between 14 May and 30 June 2007 which this time were ten couples.
The show
As in the first season, the Pepe Lienhard Orchestra played live with the solo singer Dorothea Lorene. Instead of Katarina Witt , Ute Lemper completed the four-member jury, who was replaced by Dieter Bohlen in the final broadcast , as she gave a concert in Rostock due to her tour start and therefore could not be present.
In contrast to the first season, this time a couple had to leave after the first show. In the final on June 30, 2007, three couples danced for the title “Dancing Star 2007”, two of which won the final round.

Susan Sideropoulos and Christian Polanc won the final with a slow waltz to the song Morning Has Broken in the version by Cat Stevens (34 points), a Paso Doble to Anastacia's Left Outside Alone (38 points) and the freestyle to a medley from Blues Brothers with excerpts from the songs Everybody Needs Somebody to Love ( The Blues Brothers ) and Think ( Aretha Franklin & The Blues Brothers) (no rating).
