This is a list of the awards of the US R & B / Pop / Soul - singer Beyoncé Knowles . She is the second most awarded woman in Grammy Awards history, with 23 Grammys .

She received 19 Grammys for her solo career and three as a member of Destiny's Child. She also received the ASCAP Pop Songwriter Award, the second woman ever to receive it. She has also received several Brit Awards , MTV Europe Music Awards , MTV Video Music Awards and a NAACP Image Award from the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People . Since 2007 she has been nominated for a total of three Golden Globes .

The Grammy Awards are recognized by the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences . Destiny's Child was able to win 3 Grammys , which go to each band member individually. Beyoncé was able to win another 17 Grammys in her solo career. She was nominated 53 times in total.

Beyoncé was one of six artists, along with Lauryn Hill , Alicia Keys , Norah Jones , Amy Winehouse , Alison Krauss and Adele , who held the record for the most Grammys by a female artist in one night, with 5 Grammys, Beyoncé succeeded in doing Grammy Awards 2004. In 2010, Beyonce set a new record for herself for the most Grammys by female artist in one night with 6 Grammys out of 10 nominations.

Beyoncé is the most nominated and second most awarded woman in Grammy Awards history. With her 22 awards, she is only behind Alison Krauss (27 awards) since she overtook Aretha Franklin (18 awards) in 2015 .
