The list of large stone graves in North Rhine-Westphalia includes all known large stone graves in the area of ​​what is now the state of North Rhine-Westphalia . The Völlinghausen complex is not included in the following list, as it is very close to the megalithic graves, but was not built from large stone slabs, but using dry stone wall technology .

In Neuhaus Castle, contradicting information about the location of the place apparently led to the assumption of two graves, although only one actually exists.
