Marco Baldauf (born June 14, 1990 in Rosenheim ) is a German chess player .
In autumn 2013 he moved from Munich to Berlin. He has held the title of International Master since August 2014 and the title of Grand Master since August 2019 .
In Germany, Baldauf played for SG Pang / Rosenheim until 2015, and since the 2015/16 season he has played in the 1st Bundesliga for Schachfreunde Berlin , with whom he also took part in the European Club Cup in 2016 . In the Austrian Federal Chess League he plays for SK Hohenems .
