Natasha Monique Hastings (born July 23, 1986 in New York City ) is an American athlete who specializes in the 400-meter run .

In 2003 she became World Youth Champion and 2004 Junior World Champion over 400 meters. In the adult sector, she mainly appeared as a relay runner. She was a member of the US 4-by-400-meter relay , which won the gold medals at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing and the 2007 World Championships in Osaka , 2009 in Berlin and 2011 in Daegu . In all four competitions, Hastings was used in the qualifying round, but was replaced by another runner in the final. At the 2010 World Indoor Championships in Doha, she appeared for the first time in an international final for the relay. She won the title together with Debbie Dunn , DeeDee Trotter and Allyson Felix .

At the World Championships in Moscow in 2013 and in Beijing in 2015 , she won the silver medal with the US relay.

At the 2016 Olympic Games , she was fourth to miss a medal in the 400-meter run. Together with Allyson Felix , Phyllis Francis and Courtney Okolo , she won gold in the relay competition.

Natasha Hastings is 1.73 m tall and has a competition weight of 61 kg.
