Soye-en-Septaine is a commune with 583 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Cher in the region Center-Val de Loire . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Bourges and the Canton of Trouy (until 2015: Canton Levet ). The inhabitants are called Soyens .
geography
Soye-en-Septaine is located in central France , about 150 kilometers south of Paris . The Auron forms part of the western municipal boundary. Soye-en-Septaine is surrounded by the neighboring communities Osmoy in the north, Savigny-en-Septaine in the east, Crosses in the east and south-east, Saint-Just in the south, Plaimpied-Givaudins in the south and west and Bourges in the north-west.
