geography
Eight kilometers east of Bourges on the Yèvre and its tributary Colin , Saint-Germain-du-Puy is in the middle of the Champagne Berrichonne . Saint-Germain-du-Puy is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Michel-de-Volangis in the north, Sainte-Solange in the northeast, Moulins-sur-Yèvre in the east, Osmoy in the south, Bourges in the west and Fussy in the northwest.
