Beffes is located in the Berry about 46 kilometers east of Bourges on the Loire . Beffes is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Léger-le-Petit in the north, Tronsanges in the northeast, Germigny-sur-Loire in the east, Marseilles-lès-Aubigny in the south and Jussy-le-Chaudrier in the west and northwest.
