Neuilly-en-Sancerre is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Sens-Beaujeu in the north and north-east, Crézancy-en-Sancerre in the east, Neuvy-Deux-Clochers in the south and south-east, Humbligny in the south and south-west and La Chapelotte in the west and north-west.
