The Türkiye Kupası 1999/2000 was the 38th edition of the Turkish Cup competition . The competition began on October 27, 1999 with the first round and ended on May 3, 2000 with the final. Galatasaray Istanbul and Antalyaspor met in the final . Galatasaray took part in the final for the 18th time and Antalyaspor for the first time.

Galatasaray Istanbul defeated Antalyaspor 5-3 after extra time and won this competition for the 13th time. The venue was the Ataturk Stadium in Diyarbakır .
